📦 How It Works
1. Reverse Pickup Arranged 🚚
We’ll schedule a pickup from your address. Hand over the product in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Quality Check 🕵️
Once the product reaches us at store, we ensure it’s unused, unwashed, and in original condition. ( In case product is used or bad condition exchange will be canclleld )
3. Exchange Shipped 📦
After approval, we’ll dispatch your exchange order and notify you.

📌 Important Notes

Raise your exchange request within 7 days of delivery.

For defective or wrong products, notify us within 24 hrs of delivery with photos/videos on WhatsApp or Email.
❌ Refunds are strictly not allowed under any circumstances. Only Exchange We Provide. 
 
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pincode, you may courier the item or Visit to our store address :- (Speed Post recommended).

Double exchange or refund is not allowed once an exchange order is delivered.

🔔 Reverse Pickup & Exchange Charges – ₹100 will be applied for reshipping the exchanged order.
